Breaking through writer’s block when journaling

Hello, friends.  

Many of you or your children may be inspired to journal during this unique experience brought upon us by the corona virus COVID19. 

Here is something that will help you if you have writer’s block. You can write about one, some, or all of these things. This works for me every time. Hope it helps you too. 

1. What was your favorite thing about today. 
2. What was your least favorite thing. 
3. What one thing would you change?
4. What is the one thing you’re most grateful for? 
5. What is the one thing you wish you could abolish from your life forever?
6. My dominant emotion today was ... 
     6a. It was caused or influenced by ...

Add “why” to the end of any of these to get some deeper thoughts about it.
